Please read these terms before booking. By using this website or asking us to carry out work, you agree to them.

Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and GG Locksmith Miami. By browsing gglocksmithmiami.com, submitting the callback form, calling us, or allowing us to carry out work, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or book the service.

The services we provide

We provide locksmith services in Miami, Florida, including lockouts for homes, vehicles and businesses, lock repair and installation, rekeying, and car keys.

All work is subject to a quote and to availability. Describing a service on this site is not an offer to perform it at a particular time or price, and nothing on this site is a guarantee that we can attend your job, open a particular lock, or produce a key for a particular vehicle. Some jobs need parts, equipment or a specialist we do not have to hand, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.

Quotes, pricing and payment

The $29 figure shown on this site is a starting base service-call fare, not the price of a job. What you pay depends on the work: the type of lock or vehicle, the time of day, the parts needed and the difficulty of the job.

We quote the full price before we start work. If the job turns out to be different from what was described on the phone, we will stop and re-quote rather than carry on and bill you for more than you agreed to.

Payment is due when the work is finished, by the methods we tell you we accept at the time of booking.

Scheduling, arrival times and cancellation

Any arrival or response time we give you — on this site or on the phone — is an estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, distance and how many jobs are already running all move it. We will tell you if we are going to be late.

You can cancel before the locksmith arrives at no charge. If you cancel after the locksmith has arrived, or nobody is there to meet them, we may charge the call-out.

Your responsibilities

When you book us, you confirm that:

• you own the property or vehicle, or you are authorised by the owner to have the work done;
• you will provide proof of that ownership or authority if we ask, and that we may refuse or stop work if you cannot;
• the information you give us about the job and the address is accurate;
• an adult will be present to let the locksmith in and to approve the quote.

We will not open a property or vehicle for somebody who cannot show they are entitled to enter it.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and code of gglocksmithmiami.com belong to GG Locksmith Miami or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy the content onto another website, or use our name or branding, without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. See our Disclaimer for detail.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of the service or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost income, lost time, or inconvenience — arising from a delay, a missed arrival time, or an inability to complete a job.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
